FINISHING SERVICES
We continually strive to achieve absolute quality of our surface finishes, through the improvement of our production processes. In order to ensure quality services, we subject our equipment to regularly scheduled maintenance and our plating baths to continual testing and regeneration. We have the capability to apply different types of surface layers in multiple variations to several base materials. The following is an overview of our services and an overview of surface finish options with respect to the selected base material.
Overview of finishing services
- Electroless nickel plating: 3 – 70 µm
- Hard chrome plating: 5 µm – 1 mm
- Anodizing: 5 – 20 µm
- Zinc plating: Generally 10 µm
- Tin plating: 3 – 50 µm
